How to manage difficult people

My management style is very honest, which I pride myself on. In reality depending on your team and where you work, things can easily get muddy. Some companies just straight up ask for a level of secrecy. It’s hard to be clear and honest when decisions, projects and values change. As teams grow, so does the atmosphere, and certain people can become more difficult to manage on the team.

No matter, I still think anyone who takes the time and effort to work together deserve a level of honesty.
